At this preparatory stage, the founding coordination team is responsible for overseeing the establishment process, preparing the governance framework, and ensuring that all regulatory and institutional requirements are fulfilled.
Upon official registration and licensing, GS-Bank will move to its permanent management and governance structure, established in line with the approved statutes and applicable regulatory framework.
